Wanaka is a 45-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport and only a 15-minute drive from our Hunting Lodge.

Incredible Hiking

Wanaka has over 750kms of scenic hiking tracks to explore, making it the perfect destination to explore on foot. Wanaka is for everyone, and the area has an incredible selection of tracks for all levels of fitness, from family fun to guided expeditions.

With such a range of options it can be hard to decide what to do. Thankfully we have a tour guide on hand to point you in the right direction. We can also incorporate hiking into your own custom travel itinerary. Be it walking to one of the local wineries for lunch, or taking on one of the mountain peaks, we will make sure that you are seeing the best of our amazing part of the world.

The region is a melting pot of local produce with many of the towns cafes and restaurants supporting local and artisan producers. Each season local fare is showcased on the plate at our favourite restaurants. Innovative and creative food entrepreneurs in the region have established themselves with award winning breads, fine pastries and hand made chocolates. The choices are endless.
